Fuel Thieves Sentenced to Jail in Moscow Region

Podolsky city court of Moscow Region has considered a criminal case against D. Khil, P. Maslov, S. Titov, D. Fedyushin and D. Menshikov, who were accused of theft of diesel fuel and aviation kerosene through illegal tappings in the area of the Western semicircle of the Ring Petroleum Products Trunk Pipeline laid around Moscow and operated by Transneft Upper Volga.

Transneft Expands Cooperation with Oil Companies for Supply of Oil and Petroleum Products Quantity and Quality Metering Systems (OQQMS) Equipment

The possibility of supplying oil and petroleum products quantity and quality metering systems (OQQMS) equipment manufactured by Transneft Upper Volga to LUKOIL’s facilities was the meeting’s main topic. The LUKOIL specialists were shown the OQQMS No. 1252 manufactured by Trasneftemash Factory of Velikiye Luki, currently operated at Starolikeyevo LODS, which has a data processing system (DPS) based on the TN-01 computing complexes manufactured by PCS production hub. The LUKOIL representatives examined all stages of DPS manufacturing and discussed the setup and certification of the manufactured products.

Moscow Region’s Court Sentences Ryazan – Moscow PPTP Diesel Fuel Thieves to Jail

In January 2018, joint law enforcement activities by security officers of Transneft Upper Volga and agents of Ramenskoye Municipal Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in Moscow Region detained Aleksandr Kochnov, Armen Kirakosyan and Mikhail and Pavel Makushkins at the Ryazan – Moscow PPTP. Those individuals, suspected of stealing petroleum products, were inside an UAZ vehicle, where a tank containing 1 cubic metre of diesel fuel was found.
