Transneft Upper Volga Completes Construction of Overhead Electric Power Transmission Line in Ryazan Region

Transneft Upper Volga has completed construction of a 10 kV route overhead transmission line (OTL) at the Novki – Ryazan oil trunk pipeline’s (OTP) section between Ryazan oil pumping stations (PS) and Vtorovo BPS in Ryazan Region. The set of measures was conducted as part of the development, technical upgrading and revamping programme covering Transneft’s trunk pipelines facilities.

Transneft Upper Volga Releases Sterlet Fry into Cheboksary Reservoir

Transneft Upper Volga has released sterlet fry into Cheboksary Reservoir in Nizhny Novgorod Region. A total of 449 sterlet juveniles were released. Sterlet is regarded as one of the most valuable freshwater fish species, and its release became the first stage of implementation of Transneft Upper Volga’s environmental programme pursuing artificial reproduction of aquatic biological resources in 2019.

Delegates of Transneft Visit GAZ Group’s Site in Nizhny Novgorod

Delegates of Transneft, led by Vice President Pavel Revel-Muroz, have visited the manufacturing site of GAZ Group in the city of Nizhny Novgorod. The visit was part of a cooperation agreement signed between the two companies this year. The given agreement is directed at the development of projects promoting the use of vehicles driven by compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) in the regions where Transneft subsidiaries operate.
